General Terms of Sale
In compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and other applicable Spanish and European Union regulations.
1. General information
These General Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the website ishascg.com, owned by Massimo Polancec. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepts these terms.
2. Nature of the products
All products offered on this website are sold strictly as collectible souvenir items. Their sale is not intended, under any circumstances, for germination, cultivation, or any agricultural use. The customer assumes full responsibility for any use that may be contrary to the regulations applicable in their territory.
3. Order process
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and completes the checkout process by providing accurate and truthful information. The owner reserves the right to cancel any order in which false or incomplete data is detected.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated and shown to the customer at checkout prior to order confirmation.
5. Payment methods
The website offers secure payment methods. The owner reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraudulent activity is suspected, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
6. Order confirmation
Once payment has been successfully processed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This confirmation constitutes acknowledgement of receipt of the order, but does not imply unconditional acceptance if any irregularity is subsequently detected.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and any use of the products complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence or any other territory involved in the transaction.
8. Limitation of liability
The owner shall not be liable for any misuse of the products by the customer, nor for any legal infringements arising from use contrary to these terms or to applicable law in the customer's jurisdiction.

Massimo Polancec reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Sale at any time and without prior notice. The terms in force at the time of placing the order shall apply to each purchase.

Condiciones Generales de Venta
De conformidad con el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, y demás normativa española y de la Unión Europea que resulte de aplicación.
1. Información general
Las presentes Condiciones Generales de Venta regulan todas las compras realizadas a través del sitio web ishascg.com, titularidad de Massimo Polancec. Al realizar un pedido, el cliente declara haber leído y aceptar íntegramente estas condiciones.
2. Naturaleza de los productos
Todos los productos ofrecidos en este sitio web se venden exclusivamente como artículos de colección o recuerdo. Su comercialización no está destinada, en ningún caso, a la germinación, cultivo ni a ningún uso agrícola. El cliente asume plena responsabilidad por cualquier uso que pueda ser contrario a la normativa aplicable en su territorio.
3. Proceso de pedido
El cliente selecciona los productos deseados, los añade al carrito y completa el proceso de compra proporcionando información veraz y actualizada. El titular se reserva el derecho de cancelar cualquier pedido en el que se detecten datos falsos o incompletos.
4. Precios
Todos los precios se muestran en euros (€) e incluyen los impuestos aplicables, salvo indicación expresa en contrario. Los gastos de envío no están incluidos en el precio del producto y se calculan y muestran al cliente durante el proceso de pago, antes de confirmar el pedido.
5. Métodos de pago
El sitio web ofrece métodos de pago seguros. El titular se reserva el derecho de cancelar o rechazar cualquier pedido en el que se detecte actividad fraudulenta, sin que ello genere derecho a indemnización alguna.
6. Confirmación del pedido

El titular no será responsable del uso indebido de los productos por parte del cliente, ni de las infracciones legales derivadas de un uso contrario a estas condiciones o a la normativa aplicable en la jurisdicción del cliente.
9. Modificaciones
Massimo Polancec se reserva el derecho de modificar las presentes Condiciones Generales de Venta en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. A cada compra le serán de aplicación las condiciones vigentes en el momento de realizar el pedido.
